As yesterday’s defenders of freedom, we want to welcome today’s military service members into our ranks to become part of our elite group. Our common bond is the battlefield, whether it is service in the Persian Gulf, Korea, Kosovo, the  Global War on Terrorism or peace-keeping expeditionary campaigns. Your courage and sacrifice have made a difference in preserving and defending world peace.

If you have received a campaign medal for overseas service; have served 30 consecutive or 60 non-consecutive days in Korea; or have ever received hostile fire or imminent danger pay, then you’re eligible to join our ranks.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

The current price of social membership is $25 annually by calendar year.

  • Social membership shall be limited to Patriotic US citizens who are in good standing in the community, not eligible for regular membership and are over the age of 21 years.
  • Social members must be recommended by a current member.
  • Qualifying applicants may be admitted to social membership to Post 694 after a review and a majority vote by the Board of Directors. Social members are entitled to the privileges, restrictions and limitations as may be provided by its By-Laws, but they shall not be permitted to vote, hold an office or take any active part in the deliberations of the Association.
  • The Canteen and Social Hall of the organization are under the control and management of the Board of Directors, Canteen Manager, On-Duty Bartender and Post Commander who have the power to suspend any member for any violation of the Canteen Rules and Regulations.
  • Any person acting in an objectionable manner will be expelled from the premises. Authority to take such action is vested in the Board of Directors, Canteen Manager, On-Duty Bartender and Post Commander. All incidents shall be reported to the Board of Directors and may be subject to suspension or revocation of membership from the organization.
  • All approved social members shall familiarize themselves with the “House Rules” to ensure a smooth transition into Canteen membership.
